Sporty Vintage Short Sleeve Striped Dress

Here is a wonderful short sleeve dress. Feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Sheer fabric features striping of tan, black, blue, and red. Two snaps close at the waist. Someone has put a safety pin in the blouse section, as I would imagine it's pretty wide open without something there. I'm sure you'll figure out a way to work it! Large shoulder pads present but easily removed if you like. Soft, comfy, and in amazing shape with tons of life left! The tag says size 7/8, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat.
