Here is a super stylish long sleeve button down dress shirt by Arrow, in the Kent Collection. It's 80% polyester and 20% cotton, and made with pride in the USA. It features a virtual Easter basket of purple, blue, green, and white vertical stripes. Hip and distinguished all at the same time. The tag says 15-33, but here are the measurements.
