Vintage Long Sleeve Dress by Grand Tier

Here is an beautiful long sleeve dress by Grand Tier. It's 100% polyester. Blue and white striped fabric throughout. Five button front, button on each cuff. Decorative pocket on the left breast and a matching cloth belt. Fairly light weight, sheer, soft, comfy, and in amazing shape with lots of life left! The tag says size 14, but here are the exact measurements.
