Vintage Long Sleeve Floral and Black Dress by Rona

Here is a gorgeous vintage dress by Rona. Feels like a polyester blend, made in the USA. Black blouse section with red accents, and an amazing skirt section with beautiful floral print. A 22" zipper down the back and a pocket on each hip! It's in incredible shape with years of life left! The tag says Size 12, but here are the measurements taken laying flat.
