Vintage Short Sleeve Dress with Colorful Floral Print

Here is a lovely little short sleeve dress. The blouse section features a beautiful multi-color floral print. Also has a built in tie at the V shaped neck, and a matching belt. The skirt section is heavier weight in textured white. Both sections are fairly sheer, and this dress feels like 100% polyester. This beauty is in excellent condition with years of life left!
