Vintage Short Sleeve Floral Print Blouse by College Town

Here is a super cool vintage blouse from the 1970s or 80s by College Town. 100% nylon. Gorgeous floral design on a white background. It's incredibly light weight, sheer, soft and comfy. It's as close to not wearing a top (while wearing a top) as you can get. It's in excellent condition with tons of life left. The tag says Medium, but here are the measurements taken laying flat.
