Vintage Short Sleeve Polka Dot Dress by Byer Too!

This is a wonderful short sleeve dress from the 90s by Byer Too!. It's 90% nylon, 10% spandex, and made in the USA. Red fabric with white polka dots throughout. Empire waist and a no nonsense shape to the body. It's thin, light weight, sheer, soft, and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Medium, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat. Please note that the spandex stretch adds a few inches (maybe 3-4 comfortably) to each of these numbers. (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
