Vintage Sleeveless Dress by Goody

Here is a fun and funky little dress by Goody. It's got a smart looking shape, with just the right amount of ruffle. Purplish silver background with black polka dots all over. It's most likely 100% polyester, made in the USA. The waist is elastic, so there will be some give in that measurement. Super cool dress in wonderful shape!
