Vintage Sleeveless Pink Dress by Byer Too!

This is a wonderful sleeveless dress from the 70s or 80s by Byer Too!. It's 65% polyester, 35% cotton, and made in the USA. Pink dress with pastel yellow, purple, and blue accents, and a matching blue belt. Three buttons on each shoulder. It's thin, light weight, sheer, soft, and comfy. It's in amazing condition with years of life left! The tag says Size 9, but here are the exact measurements taken laying flat (be sure to reference the last photo to see how I measure dresses)
